State Bar Seeks Volunteers for Professionalism Project
The Professionalism Committee of the State Bar of Georgia seeks lawyers and judges to volunteer for an August project. Participants will visit their alma maters, or any of the schools in Georgia, and help give back part of what the profession has given by dedicating a half-day of time.
Please consider participating in this project and encourage your colleagues to volunteer as well.
You will be paired with a co-leader and will lead students in a discussion of hypothetical professionalism and ethics issues. Minimal preparation is necessary for the leaders. Review the provided hypos, which include annotations and suggested questions, and arrive at the school 20 minutes prior to the program. Pair up with a friend or classmate to co-lead a group.
