The theme for our September breakfast was Back to School, and attorney Neeru “Nina” Gupta, an attorney who specializes in education law, discussed common issues that schools experience with custody orders. Nearly every child attends school, yet the vast majority of custody orders lack the details that schools need. Mrs.Gupta explained to the group what schools look for in custody orders.
Mrs. Gupta is a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where she focuses her practice on education law, representing public and private educational entities, vendors, and professionals.
