‘View from the Bench’ Trial Law Section Event Is Feb. 23

Our next View From The Bench event will be on Tuesday, Feb. 23. We are pleased to tell you that Judge Jay Roth from Fulton State Court will be our guest. We will start the social hour at around 5:30 pm. At around 6 pm, Judge Roth will share his thoughts about what he sees working and not working in civil trials. He will also be happy to field any questions we might have about voir dire, evidentiary issues and trial issues generally. As always, we will meet at Bruce Hagen’s office which is across the street from Decatur High School at 119 N. McDonough St. We hope to be done around 7 pm.
