The Family Law Section Breakfast is held on the first Thursday of each month, September through June, 7:30-9 am at the historic Old Courthouse on the Square in downtown Decatur, 101 E. Court Square. Join us for for a delicious buffet breakfast and a changing lineup of guest speakers who provide insights and new information about family law.

Our guest speaker for the next breakfast is Lila Bradley, presenting an analysis of the recent Georgia Supreme Court case of Patton v. Vanterpool which distinguished IVF and IUI. We’ll discuss the various assisted reproduction technologies of egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy. DeKalb Bar members can register on the website here.
