September Luncheon Recap

We welcomed Alvaro Arauz as our guest speaker at the September membership luncheon. His presentation was entitled “The Key to Growing Your Law Firm Is Knowing Your Weaknesses and How to Delegate Them.” Alvaro outlined the who, what, when, how, and whys of delegation and the practical applications in a modern law firm. He spoke on the importance of analytics and metrics, how to read them, and how to know when you’re ready to take the next step in growing your firm.
