January Luncheon Brings Kimberly Hall as Guest Speaker

Mark your calendar and RSVP now for the January Bar luncheon on Jan. 15 when we welcome Kimberly E. Hall as our guest speaker. Her topic is “Background Investigations — Not Just for Dating Anymore.”

kimberly-hallA native Georgian (and true Georgia Bulldog) Kimberly received her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Georgia followed by her juris doctorate degree in 1990. She has had a solo practice for 22 years focusing on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, landlord rights and real estate litigation. She is admitted to practice in all the courts in Georgia.

To complement her law practice and her love of the facts (more than the law), almost 10 years ago she became a licensed private investigator and opened her own company, Elite Investigative Services, Inc. Along with her team of agents, she has worked on high profile civil and criminal cases including those featured on 48 Hours Mystery, 20/20 and Good Morning America. Her investigative clientele is almost exclusively top tier law firms in Georgia and corporations in the Southeast who utilize her talents not only to try to root our fraudulent acts and claims, defend against frivolous litigation but also to investigate their witnesses, clients’ competitors and adversarial parties
